If you are paying by credit card, financial information (like credit card number and expiration date.) We have partnered with a credit card processing company to assist us in processing your payment; however, that company does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The information you provide us is solely used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you if we have problems processing your order. Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.

We do not do email marketing, email list management, nor are we in the business of buying/selling email lists. Your continued business is extremely important to us and your email lists are strictly confidential and are not shared. Your email lists are deleted after your order has been processed and fulfilled. During this time, we have been entrusted with over 5,000,000 subscribers or more on a monthly basis, never mind the hundreds of thousands of smaller lists that we have completed so far. We have probably already been exposed to at least 75% of the addresses on your list through one of our other clients. Many Fortune 1000 companies use our Cleaning and Validation Services. Our reputation in the industry and your continued business as a client is so much more valuable than what any single list could be worth to us. We are CAN-SPAM Compliant, but we do not have to be because we do not actually send any emails for our email cleaning and validation services, instead we establish a connection that checks if each email is valid or invalid email. We only mark emails with a hard bounce as invalid, all other bounces are marked as valid.
