When you use our List Audits Service service, we can provide you upon request, with an independent third party verification for no additional fee. This can be especially valuable if you sell advertising on your lists, rent your lists or are considering selling your list/business.
With this service, after cleaning your list, we will prepare a PDF file that is uploaded onto our server. You will be provided with a user name and password that are needed to access the file. This way, you have sole control over who has access to your confidential information.
The PDF file will contain the following:
- Your company name and contact information
- Based on our estimates, what we believe to be an accurate range of deliverable email addresses on your list
- The date on which the verification was completed
We will host this file for a minimum of three months.
Also, if you are not interested in a full cleaning but just want the verification done, we can do this for a base fee of $150 plus $1 per 1000 addresses on your list.
